Orissa's Favorites .......

As a site engineer, i'm used to a lot of travelling and foods of all kind. During one such visits, i landed at this very remote area and was invited by our care taker to the only hotel for lunch. Though it served usual midday meal, I requested the boy who was serving to bring me watered rice, hearing this his eyes glittered.
I missed a few things, like 'saaga', 'badhi chura' & 'dahi', but still I loaded my stomach and clicked this one for my blog.

  9. I think it's nice that they use leaves for bowls and plates. I've never seen that before.
